NFL Shuffle was a licensed card battle game built in HTML5. This was a challenging project due to aggressive timelines, brand considerations, rules concerning how players are depicted, limitations of HTML5, and the perils of merging two vastly different game types with two very different types of fans.

Here are examples of various screens in the game.
Gacha animation created with Cinema4D, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This was a huge challenge for me, but also one of my favorite parts of the project.
In card battle games, particularly from Japan, the frame of the card indicates rarity and power. At first we were using the Japanese card battle rarity system (Normal, Rare, Epic, and Legendary) but found it was too confusing for fans of football, so we changed it to a number system. Here you are seeing some of the standard cards and special cards for the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl.
